Our shipping service operates Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For security reasons, an adult signature is required for orders over $300 USD. Betteridge does not deliver to P.O. boxes or third-party forwarding services. FedEx tracking information will be provided via email at the time of shipping.

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store
Betteridge proudly offers buy online, pick up in store services where you can purchase a product online from home and collect from your nearest showroom.
Most Buy Online, Pick up in Store orders arrive within two business days to your chosen location. When your order has arrived at your chosen showroom, you will be notified by email to collect your online purchase. If you have any questions regarding your Buy Online, Pick up in Store order, please contact client services.

- Find your showroom
- Pay online
- Collect in your selected location
To ensure the protection of your order, only the purchaser is authorized to collect and will need to bring the following documents when picking up the order from our showroom:
- A copy of your order confirmation email
- The original payment card or Affirm Loan ID (if applicable)
- Government issued photo ID card (one of the following)
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- State ID Military ID
Return Policy for Buy Online, Pick up in Store orders:

Insurance
Your Betteridge purchase is insured from our facility until the moment you receive your item.
Delivery Delays
We always strive to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances delays may occur due to adverse weather or unforeseen courier disruptions. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Lost Packages
Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our client services if you think this may be the case with your order.
