Insurance
Your Betteridge Purchase is insured from our facility until the moment you receive your item.
Standard Delivery - Free
Our standard delivery service for online purchases is provided by secure shipping services and is free regardless of how much you spend, and you will normally receive your order within 1-3 business days. We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 p.m.. All deliveries will require adult signature upon receipt.
Tracking information for all online purchases will be provided via email at the time of shipping.
Delivery Delays
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Lost Packages
Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our client service team if you think this may be the case with your order.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus you will be unable to claim any loss from Betteridge.
