All we ask is that you return items in unworn condition in their original packaging within the return policy period.

Authorized Retailer

We are an Authorized Retailer for each and every brand we sell as new. We work directly with many of the finest watch and jewelry brands in the world, which means products have an unbroken chain of custody from the manufacturer to our stores. Moreover, in the unlikely event anything ever goes wrong with an item, we can coordinate any future repair or service requirements with the manufacturer.

When buying a watch, it is particularly important to work with an Authorized Dealer. Every new watch we sell comes in a branded box and is protected by at least a two-year international manufacturer's warranty.

Authenticating Estate or Pre-Owned Items

Betteridge is recognized for having some of the finest jewelry appraisers, gemologists and watchmakers. This team of experts inspects our estate jewelry and pre-owned watches to ensure they are completely authentic.
