Restoring accuracy is something we have mastered.

We will happily repair, or facilitate the repair of, any watch brand we sell and have extensive experience with all the leading fine watch brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Panerai, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, A. Lange & Söhne, TUDOR, and many others.

Our Certified Watchmakers take advantage of decades of experience to assess and correct any issues to ensure your timepiece can stand the test of time, literally.

The Clock Is Ticking

We will do our best to replace almost any watch battery or strap within two to three days, assuming we have the part in stock. Our Greenwich and Vail stores have been known to replace both while you wait (with an espresso or adult beverage to occupy the time).

Most fine wristwatches with quartz or battery-powered movements need to be taken in for a couple days to ensure they are water-resistant and returned to you in top form.

If you have a self-winding or manually-wound watch that is no longer telling time accurately, then your watch likely needs a complete servicing or overhaul. Not to worry - we hire some of the best watchmakers in the business; they have been trained to fix even complicated watches, in a timely fashion.

Fixed Costs

When we take in a repair, we will provide you with an estimate for your approval before starting work, so you know what to expect. Watch repair prices vary depending on the amount of work performed and the cost for replacement parts.

Watches Under Warranty

If your watch is still covered by its original warranty, it usually needs to be repaired by the manufacturer or we risk voiding the warranty. In this case, we will coordinate with the manufacturer's service department to get the watch fixed for you as quickly as possible.

If you believe your watch is under warranty, please bring the original warranty card or papers with your watch to the store.

Our Guarantee

All watch repair work is guaranteed for a full year after the date of service. This warranty does not cover impact or moisture-related damage.
